How Decivelle defines a best fit
There is no universal best product. A defensible shortlist needs explicit constraints, structured evidence, an explainable score, confidence, trade-offs, and conditions that change the answer.
Required evidence
Current official facts, clear data gaps, a deterministic Fit Score, and a source trail must exist before a provider can be named as a winner.
Commercial separation
Commission never determines recommendation rank; it may only break a tie between comparably suitable verified offers.
